Marketing

Quarterly Plan:


When possible, Elizabeth Namkung Events will sponsor community events.  We will also participate in local bridal shows held in Greensboro and Raleigh, North Carolina. We will advertise our business in local industry magazines, such as Triad Weddings, and list our business on wedding websites.  We will share marketing materials, such as business cards and brochures, with our preferred vendors and other local businesses for distribution to potential clients.  We will track our marketing success using client surveys to analyze the return on investment.  

 

 

Monthly Plan:

 

Each month, we will email a newsletter to all on our client list with helpful tips and advice on wedding and event planning. We will also send first anniversary cards to all past clients. Additionally, Elizabeth will meet with all preferred and potential new vendors on a regular basis to maintain and build trusting and solid business relationships.  At various time throughout the year, we will run special discounts and promotions with a signed contract for our clients. 

 

 

Weekly Plan:

 

Weekly updates to both our business Facebook page and our Blog will be posted.  These will include announcements, helpful tips for couples currently planning their weddings, and photos and testimonials from our recently planned and coordinated events. Elizabeth Namkung Events will also participate in industry-related conversations on Twitter.
